Returns & Exchanges

At Safinat Nuh, every product is crafted with intention, quality, and attention to detail. Because incense and fragrance products are personal in nature, we currently accept returns only for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Used, burned, or opened incense and candles are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
