How many sticks come in each pack?

Each individual scent pack contains 10 premium incense sticks. Bundle quantities vary: the Essentials Starter Bundle includes five packs (50 sticks), the Ark Bundle includes three packs (30 sticks), and the Full Collection includes twelve packs (120 sticks).

How long do the sticks burn?

Burn time varies by line and scent. Essentials sticks burn for approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on airflow and environment. Our hand-rolled Signature sticks vary by formula, with Ark Oud burning for up to approximately 105 minutes. Check each product page for details.

What are the sticks made from?

Essentials are charcoal bamboo sticks infused with premium fragrance oils. Signature incense is hand-rolled on natural joss bamboo with resins, aromatic powders, and oils.

How do I burn incense safely?

Always burn incense on a heat-resistant holder. Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended. Burn in a well-ventilated space.

How do I store my incense?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance. Avoid humid environments.

How do I unlock free shipping?

US orders over $35 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout. EU orders over $40 also qualify.
