Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at safinatnuh@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumable fragrance goods), we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your item is unused and in its original condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please email us as soon as possible at safinatnuh@yahoo.com.
